The Solution
Consider new features and ways that would optimise existing features, in order to build out a backlog for future change. Create a consistent design framework that allows brands the freedom to express their look and feel whilst simultaneously retaining a cohesive system that makes all range brands feel part of the same family.
My Role
Lead UI Design, brand system creator and guardian, UI Auditor for original site, presenting work back to peers and clients on a weekly basis, supporting Midweight Designer.
The Outcome
9 million monthly page views, all with improved page performance. 5 million Euro reduction in operating costs. A seamless experience for customers when wanting to gain knowledge on pet care and Purina products.
